NexaFlow Cancellation Policy

The 7-day trial may be stopped at any time. It ends automatically without a payment or automatic paid subscription.
Monthly subscription
A customer may request cancellation at any time by emailing nwwwilson@gmail.com from the registered account email. Include the business name and subscribed plan. Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal when received before that payment is processed.
Access after cancellation
Unless law or an agreed remedy requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already paid monthly period and then closes. Customers should export or retain required business records before access ends.
Changes or discontinuation
If Wilsons Technologies CC materially changes or discontinues a paid core service, affected customers will receive reasonable notice and an appropriate choice, which may include continued access for the paid period, migration, cancellation or a refund where applicable.
