Privacy and POPIA Notice

NexaFlow is operated by Wilsons Technologies CC. This private operations system records business revenue, expenses, payroll totals, staffing counts, supplier and invoice information, operational notes and the signed-in user responsible for a record.

Purpose and lawful use

Information is processed to administer authorised businesses, reconcile finances, control stock and costs, prepare operational reports, support accountability and meet legal or accounting obligations. It is not used for advertising or sold.

Access and security

Access is limited to approved users who sign in with an authorised account. Server-side checks protect every data endpoint. Secure transport, restrictive browser headers, access logs and managed database controls are used to reduce unauthorised access.

Data minimisation and retention

Users must enter only information needed for business operations and must not place identity numbers, bank credentials, medical details or unnecessary employee information in free-text fields. Records are retained only for operational, contractual, tax, accounting or legal needs, then securely deleted or anonymised under the company retention schedule.

Your choices

Authorised staff may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some financial and statutory records may need to be retained. Requests and suspected security incidents should be reported promptly.
